I hope everyone has a safe and happy Halloween! Remember to go with an adult or in a large group. Have a buddy so no one gets left behind. Use glow sticks. Only go to houses with their porch lights on. Look for cars when crossing streets. Say trick or treat and say thank you! Manners are NOT overrated. I hope your costumes bring you lots of goodies!
